The period for registering has expired by now. Those who have
registered but want to cancel the registration need to do this by May 15,
2008 in order to avoid being charged.
Kloster Irsee has reserved 62 single rooms and 19 double rooms for us and offers full board
(1st meal is dinner on June 29). At present the total price per person and day is € 120 in
a single and € 105 in a double room; we do hope that we will have the means to take off a
third. In any case, registration must be definite by end of April 2008, so
we have to close registration on April 25, 2008.
The payment is due directly to Kloster Irsee on your departure.
As is customary, Kloster Irsee charges 50% of the costs for full board, if a reservation is
cancelled later than May 15, 2008, and even 100%, if somebody does not show up. In order to
avoid complications, we therefore must ask you on behalf of Kloster Irsee to fill in your
credit card data in the registration form below.
